What is From Stillness to Spark?

A five-session journey weaving somatic practice, mythic reflection, and gentle ritual.

Designed to support you through seasons of overwhelm, transition, uncertainty, and quiet becoming - at your own pace.

This is not about fixing yourself, forcing clarity, getting answers, or finding solutions. It’s about learning to listen in the quiet spaces, or beneath the noise. It’s about receiving the dark, messy, confused, difficult, heavy times  - as doorways into the depth of your wisdom. It’s about reconnecting to inspiration without the hustle.

If life feels stuck, overwhelming, and fragmented - you’re not broken and you’re not alone

These are difficult times collectively, and it affects our individual lives - we’re all in this moment together. And many of us feel isolated.

Feeling stuck doesn’t always mean we are stuck - sometimes the stillness is a liminality. Liminality is anytime we are inbetween one thing and another. It's a transition. It’s the unknown. It’s a threshold. The liminal space is full of possibilities. The invitation here is not to seize the possibility - it’s to give it room to breathe, and let it come to life.

Dominant culture has trained us to over-achieve, to overwork, to push, and to entangle our worth with our productivity.

Are you exhausted - even though something in you hasn’t given up?

So many of us have been feeling like we’ve been working so hard, but nothing seems to move. We feel unsupported by the system. We’re tired. And yet something in us is flickering, asking us not to give up, inviting us to tend to the spark - but to do it in a different way. Soft. slow. Spacious.

What this journey offers

A five-session journey weaving somatic practice, mythic reflection, and gentle ritual.

From Stillness to Spark is an embodied re-orientation for times of upheaval, for when you feel lost in the dark, for heavy moments when things feel stuck - when nothing seems to move, yet something is quietly asking to emerge.

Drawing from yoga philosophy, mythology, and somatic practice, this five-session journey invites you to rest in the fertile dark, listen beneath the noise, and reconnect with inspiration as a living force rather than a productivity demand.

Through breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and mythic reflection, we explore how stillness carries a signal, how spark arises without force, and how to tend to what’s alive in you without burning out.

This is not about fixing yourself or finding answers  - it’s about remembering how to orient, create, and move forward from within. Slow. Gentle. Powerful.

Your Muse is your North star.

This is not:

  • A productivity program
  • A promise for clarity

This is:

  • A somatic & mythic re-orientation
  • A companion for dark or transitional seasons

What you’ll experience:

This is not a course about finding answers, fixing yourself, or figuring everything out.

It’s a guided reorientation - a gentle, honest turning toward what’s quietly alive beneath the surface.

Inside, you’ll be invited into:

Reflection

A soft rhythm of reflection and presence, designed to meet you where you are - even if you’re tired, foggy, or unsure.

Sacred Container

A container that honors nuance, complexity, grief, and reality, without losing sight of beauty, meaning, or quiet spark.

Reframing

Mythic and archetypal framing that help you understand your inner season without pathologizing it or rushing it.

Trust Your Timing

Language for what you’re sensing but can’t quite name yet - helping you trust your inner timing instead of forcing momentum.

Embodiment

Simple, embodied practices you can return to again and again - not to optimize yourself, but to listen, to receive, and to be supported.

Orientation

A felt sense of orientation you can return to when things tighten or fragment again.

This work doesn’t demand transformation.

It supports remembering.

It’s meant to be taken slowly.

Returned to.

Lived with.
