What if Skepticism could keep your spirituality alive? What if your doubts are the doorways to depth? What if your inner jaded dragon wasn’t a problem, but a necessary protector in a world woven with so much bullshit? It’s a full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces, and the mythic power of mystic Pisces gets an eclipsified shake up. 

Pisces doesn’t like contrast because its orientation is toward the vastness of the universe as oneness. It swims in the ocean of consciousness, feeling no distinction between the waters and its own body. It asks that we dissolve our separateness to the power of the infinite, and surrender to the immensity of it. 

But Pisces is not the only archetype. And we need to listen to other voices too. We are made of many parts and pieces, all of which are important. We need the dreamy spaciousness of Pisces, and its deep understanding of the interconnectedness of it all. We need it to be one of inclusivity rather than one of transcendence. We need it to evolve from the idea of merging to the vision that allows division to exist within the complexity of inclusion. We also need to maintain our differences and our distinctions. 

Dissolution needs discernment. 

How much doubt is healthy? When does it begin to block your road and limit your view on what’s possible? When does it begin to paint your life in broad strokes of gray?

What have you been trying to release, to decompose, to dismantle, to dissolve in these last couple of years? This eclipse is the last one in a series of eclipses in Pisces. Something in it asks us to stop blocking our own path, and at the same time to release our blindness to complexity. 

We don’t need to dissolve our doubts in the waters of this eclipse. We need to make the questioning an enriching process.
