From Stillness to Spark is an embodied re-orientation for times of upheaval, for when you feel lost in the dark, for heavy moments when things feel stuck - when nothing seems to move, yet something is quietly asking to emerge.

Drawing from yoga philosophy, mythology, and somatic practice, this five-session journey invites you to rest in the fertile dark, listen beneath the noise, and reconnect with inspiration as a living force rather than a productivity demand.

Through breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and mythic reflection, we explore how stillness carries a signal, how spark arises without force, and how to tend what’s alive in you without burning out.

This is not about fixing yourself or finding answers - it’s about remembering how to orient, create, and move forward from within. Slow. Gentle. Powerful. Your Muse is your North star.

Course

Reframing quiet seasons as fertile ground for listening We'll explore the concept of the Fertile Void, reframe quiet time when it looks like nothing is happening, and practice with the symbol of the womb to guide our awareness. This practice features floor poses and Pranayama - with Kumbhaka - Micro-pauses to create a sacred container of spaciousness to honor liminality.

Meeting intensity, grief, and truth without bypassing or overwhelm - letting inspiration whisper from the chaos. We’ll explore the way that Inspiration whispers from chaos, from the unknown, and open up to the archetype of the Fierce Great Mother. We’ll remember that love and grief are inseparable. The womb and the tomb - Rebirth is not only possible, it’s inevitable The practice will move slowly through a couple of standing poses, a couple of seated poses, and end in seated meditation with mantra & mudra.

Reconnecting to inspiration and reclaiming creative fire without force We’ll remind ourselves that our process is not about productivity, it’s about inspiration. It’s about feeling into what turns us on. Spark is part of a cycle. This session warms up the sanctuary that you are - gently energize soma & soul. The practice will move us into Sun Salutations as a meaningful ritual. We’ll awaken the Spark with Breath of Fire.

Finding direction without rigid goals. We’ll remind ourselves that the spark of inspiration is not about goals. It’s about direction. It’s about mapping your way through the mess. We’ll rethink our inner Compass - Muse as North Star. This practice will focus on gentle twists, and incorporate Nadi Shodhana Pranayama.

Carrying inspiration with boundaries, breath, and pace. Learn how to carry the flame with you in a world that threatens to extinguish it - with boundaries, breath, pace, and presence. We’ll embody a way to patching up energetic holes, while giving the fire room the breathe This practice features Pranayama & Meditation with Mula Bandha - subtle grounding, rooted containment, non-gripping support.
